Station Terms of Use

1. Who runs the station

These terms govern your use of polarglowlounge.com ("Polar Glow Lounge", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of polarglowlounge.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who is eligible

Only users aged 18 or over may use Polar Glow Lounge; using it confirms that you are 18 or over.

3. Coins, which are virtual

All play uses virtual coins, provided free of charge.
Coins carry no monetary value and are not money, credit or property.
Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes, and there are no in-app purchases.
Nothing won at the station has real-world value, and no such prize is offered.
We keep the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. No real-money gambling at the station

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Polar Glow Lounge, and the site has no links to gambling operators.

5. Station accounts

A free account is needed to play. Hold only one per person, and do not share it.
Your password is yours alone; if someone else has used your account, tell us immediately.
Your account can be deleted at any moment from the account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
Where an account is used to disrupt the site, or we believe it belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend it.
Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account, are not your property and may be reset.

6. Rules of conduct

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer to trade coins or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Station uptime and our liability

The site is provided “as is”, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Law of England and Wales

English and Welsh law (the law of England and Wales) governs these station terms.
